Link Legal India Law Services in collaboration with Association of Indian Banks, U.K organized a follow up Knowledge Sharing session on the topic “Decoding the Indian Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code – Practice, Regulatory and Adjudicatory Trends” at The Law Society, London on 2nd November, 2017 after a successful event last year in London.
Link Legal has been actively holding a series of workshops/events on various relevant topics both in India and outside as part of our “thought leadership” initiatives. We have developed a forum for exchange of information between professionals on active trends, regulatory changes and market conditions.
The opening address was delivered by Mr. Pankaj Jain, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance followed by Mr. Antanu Das, Vice Chairman, Association of Indian Banks and MD & CEO, Punjab National Bank International Ltd., UK, sharing the views of the Association of Indian Banks.
Our Managing Partner, Mr. Atul Sharma gave a broad overview of Code followed by our Chair International Business, Mr. Martin Harman, CBE addressing the audience.
Mr. Siddharth Srivastava, Partner, Restructuring & Insolvency Practice took the detailed technical session and appraised on the recent developments in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code.
The Session was attended by around 70 delegates including representatives from the Indian Banks, Law Firms based out of London & corporates operating in London with India interest.
The evening session ended with Cocktails where all the delegates and dignitaries gathered and connected.
