Milanka is a partner with Link Legal India Law service and has 17 years of diverse experience in the general practice of litigation.

He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.

He has considerable experience in areas such as constitutional, commercial, civil, labour and consumer protection laws and provides advice to the clients of the Firm on all aspects of the same. His litigation practice involves representing the firm’s domestic and foreign clients in complex civil and corporate litigation at all levels in the District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court and other quasi-judicial forum as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.

Over the years, he has gained experience in handling arbitrations conducted under the rules of International Chamber of Commerce, Indian Council of Arbitration, Zurich Chambers of Commerce, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the London Court of International Arbitration and other similar associations and institutions. He also advises clients on conservancy and provisional measures in respect of arbitration proceedings.
